Fargo Sanford Birth Center's Contracted Newborn Photographer
We are extremely excited to be contracted with the Fargo Sanford Birth Center to provide professional photography for families welcoming their newborns.
We specialize in Fresh48 photography in the hospital setting.
Our photographers will come to you during your hospital stay so you don't have to worry about scheduling or traveling for a newborn photo session.
We cannot wait to meet your family in the first days after having your newborn and provide you with a stress-free professional photography session to capture the details of your newest additions features.
In addition to Fresh 48 photography, we enjoy celebrating families and capturing memories of your family in every stage of life.
We strive to give you a memorable photography experience with photos you can forever cherish.
It all started with a text.
Let's back up. For the past 7 years I'd been working for a company photographing newborns in Sanford Hospital. Snuggling them, meeting amazing families, and providing them with beautiful photos of their newest little loves. I loved my job. But some company changes tugging at my ethics, as well as the need to be more available for my sick kiddos during the winter, had me at a cross roads. Ultimately, I chose my ethics and family and stepped away from photography.
I sold lenses to help pay for bills. I took on more hours at my other part-time job, while I searched for what was next.
Eventually, I decided to go back to my roots in the law-enforcement world (be nice to your 911 operator ;) I was applying for a job with a local pd when that text came through. You can call it a coincidence, I call it a God Wink.
After lots of prayer, conversation and trusted advisement, appointments and meetings, Cherished Beginnings Photography was born.
My goal in creating Cherished Beginnings Photography is simple. Provide families with a calm, low-stress photography experience while capturing beautiful photos of their newest little loves first days that their family can always cherish, with an ethical business model.
